Minnesota- 'At Meadowlands Chocolate Company we make bean-to-bar small batch single origin artisan chocolate in a small chocolate studio in Meadowlands Minnesota (located about 45 miles NW of Duluth). Using only organic cocoa beans and pure organic cane sugar we roast grind refine conch temper mold and wrap all our chocolate by hand bringing out the best these very special beans have to offer. Our names are Beryl Wells Hamilton and Clyo Howard. We are artists best friends since college and partners. In 2010 we moved our studios north along the St. Louis River and established Meadowlands Studio LLP. Now we have the pleasure of introducing our newest venture Meadowlands Chocolate Company. We have fallen in love with bean-to-bar chocolate. As we like to say 'The secret is in the terroir. The land where the cacao is grown makes the magic; we just treat it as nice as we can.' '
