California – Rebecca Overmann’s collections are expressed with clarity, simplicity and elegance. Sculpted shapes and kinetic lines reveal a graceful structure balanced by movement. Each piece is flawlessly crafted and guided by the mindset that less is more. Rebecca is a graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design and is an accomplished metalsmith. She has been making jewelry for over 15 years, with collections containing enamel, 18k gold, and silver.
Rebecca creates her one-of-a-kind heirloom pieces from her studio in San Francisco’s Mission District. Originally from Washington DC, Rebecca Overmann moved to San Francisco in 1995 to pursue a career in graphic design and advertising. Her desire to more fully express her creativity led her to develop the metalsmithing skills she learned while attending Savannah College of Art & Design. Her collections first garnered attention at local shows and boutiques, and gave her the impetus to further refine her craft.
When crafting her signature line of engagement and bridal jewelry, Rebecca allows the materials to speak for themselves. The designs are not ornate, the simple forms and stunning hand-selected stones reveal a natural beauty. Her passion for unique gemstones leads her to often design pieces around the stone itself.
The goal of Rebecca Overmann jewelry is to create incredibly special pieces for customers who value thoughtful design and fine craftsmanship. Each piece of jewelry is fashioned from design to completion in San Francisco.
