I have long been a big fan of the song “Seasons of Love” from the play Rent.  If you’re not familiar with it, it begins with the following lyrics:

“525,600 minutes, 525,000 moments so dear

525,600 minutes, how do you measure, measure a year?”

So here we all are, 365 days or 525,600 minutes since it all began. It is absolutely mind-boggling for me to comprehend that it was exactly one year ago that Max’s closed its doors in an attempt to help “flatten the curve”. Well, we all know how that went. Here we are 525,600 minutes later, standing strong thanks to you and your support and that is how I’m choosing to measure the year.

March 17 may be St. Patrick’s Day but this year, March 17 also means something else.  On this March 17, let’s all hope for a bit of luck with the hope that this thing will soon be in the rear view mirror and that brighter days are ahead!
